Yirgacheffe is a coffee grown in southern Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe region, which is among the world's most famous coffee-growing districts. Exhibiting bright acidity, floral scents, and citrus-skewed flavors, Yirgacheffe beans yield a remarkably vibrant cup that is characteristic of their highland cultivation.
